My neighbors are very loud you can hear everything they are saying, I know when they are cooking, I know when they are doing Laundry, I know what their fights are about, I know when they are having sex LITERALLY!!! You can hear everything. They told me I can move to any unit after 6 months but it was false information If I knew this before signing the lease I wouldn't even move here, that was the only reason why I signed the lease. Now im reconsidering moving out of Atlantic and waiting for the documents need to execute a lease break for review, at this point I don't really care how much it's going to cost me to break it and leave!!! Reasons why I want to move out: 1. With that being said you will still qualify for the Atlantic Station West current special if you apply within 48 hours from your tour a one-time 1 month base rent free and a one-time $2,000.00 gift card (14 month minimum lease term).” I was willing to break the lease and pay the penalty and sing a 14 months lease to move to the new building (to one of the most expensive units they have there) but now they are telling me “that the proposal they gave me was a mistake (false information once again)” so now they are adding more and more and more and more and more fees. In order to break your Lease at Atlantic Station Apartment #- your buy out fee would be $8,036.00 with 30-60 day notice. “This was the proposal from below: I hope I was able to answer your questions. When I asked one of the leasing managers what do I need to do to break the lease and move to the new building this is what he sent me (the proposal below). I've been here for 6 months and wanted to move to another unit (the unit that I was waiting for that is now available) and the leasing manager is telling me that in order for me to do that I have to break the lease after they told me that I can just move after 6 months. The only reason why I moved here was because the leasing manager at Atlantic Station told me NOT ONCE but a couple of times that after 6 months living here I would be able to move to the new building or any other unit in Atlantic Station and I just found out it was false information in order fo r me to sign the lease. Other ULMA systems used on this project include MEGALITE, our handset panel modular wall and column formwork system, and ULMA’s KSP platform system used for formwork support in elevator and staircase shafts, hollow piers or other types of cavities where formwork support is necessary. The staff are really great but Leasing agents and managers are not that great, they would tell you anything for you to sign the lease and once the lease is signed your lucky if you get a quick response. ULMA supplied approximately 57,000 square feet of shoring equipment for the construction of the north tower and parking garage which included, the FORMADECK system with ALUPROP aluminum post shores, and the ENKOFLEX system using aluminum stringers and wood joists. Safety and overall ease of use as system is install from the ground with simple light-weight components.Large areas where the slab geometry and column separation is regular.Increased productivity and efficiency due to the regular grid system, flat plate with long runs and limited number of drop beams.FORMADECK’s Drop Head lowers the decking components 4 inches for fast and easy removal while the posts remain for reshoring.ĭue to the project layout, these were the main considerations for selecting FORMADECK: ULMA proposed the use of FORMADECK, a post, joist and drop head shoring system designed to maximize labor productivity and efficiency through the use of 8’ x 8’ and 8’ X 6’ grid patterns.įORMADECK reduces formwork cycle time due to the early retrieval of its main components (girders, grid joist and joists) which can be moved to the next shoring location for faster cycle times. Expected completion for the project will be the first quarter of 2018. Atlantic Station is conveniently located within walking distance of the Stamford Transportation Center and is by Interstate-95.
